Not worth the price
This property is a renovated old school. Millions have been spent to make the facility into an apartment complex. I grew up seeing this building throughout the years so I was very familiar with it. After leasing the unit without seeing it first because I was out of state, (big mistake) I immediately wished I had visited it in person. There are no handicapped accessibility options except for the apartments that are closest to the parking lot. There are no handrails on the steps in the front of... the building or at the back. There is also no elevator. There was no human to actually check me in and all was done by phone and text. There was always a weird smell in the hallways and they were always humid and hot. This made it extra difficult when trying to move in and having to climb a flight of steps. Upon moving out there was a leak in the roof. Even though the windows cannot open, the back bedroom was always full of stink bugs. The area neighborhood is ok, however I would not be alone outside at night.
