DO NOT MOVE HERE
I’ve had issues ever since moving in. Maintenance only comes if they feel like it. It was times where I called and nobody came out. They also have a bad roach infestation issue that have yet to be addressed. It’s not only a couple of units that’s having this issue a good majority of people that rent here have that problem. Not only that, when I first moved in a pipe from the upstairs bathroom kept bursting and water would leak into athe kitchen downstairs. The entire time the plumbing they... called out gaslight us until they found the issue. And it was an actual issue they that ended in a whole pipe being replaced. Water bill is some how increasing but I’m the only person that live in my unit. Yet again doing research they’ve been having this issue also for years. The city needs to look into this place before a class action lawsuit is filed. It’s more than enough evidence of negligence on the property behalf.
