I would highly not recommend this apartment complex. The management company cannot keep staff and fails to address emergency maintenance issues. I have gone over a year without heat or air conditioning, which is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, my car has been broken into and stolen while living here. Safety and basic living standards do not seem to be a priority.

The worst decision this complex ever made was getting rid of Jessica as their property manager. When she was here, things... were handled professionally and communication actually happened. Since her departure, the quality of management has significantly declined.

The parking lot in back floods all the time. They have car break-ins and thefts all the time. BEWARE. They have done nothing to improve conditions.

Let’s start by saying they shouldn’t even get this one star.They have black mold and head of maintenance wants to paint over it instead of fixing the problem. Plumbing is terrible in all apartments to the point it comes out of the tub. You have to constantly put in work orders because things are constantly breaking down and needing to be fixed. Appliances aren’t working and have to be switched out from other apartments when something breaks down. They threaten eviction if you have someone in... your house not on your lease. Manangement tells your business to children yes I repeat children and not adults. They use whatever they know about you against you. These are facts and not some made up story. Roach infested, standing water when it rains, poor plumbing, children vandalizing property, children out all night late at night, they go in vacant properties, neighbors constantly arguing and yelling, mailboxes left open, maintenance barely wants to fix anything, section vouchers accepted but management seems to know nothing about how they are supposed to be used,, the police is always here, and trash gets left everywhere, just save your money and look else where.

I been living here for 5 years now and I truly do love this place. The staff here makes you feel welcome when you first come and also any questions or concerns you have they make sure to reach out to you. Maintenance always on point for whatever you need and never takes them long to come and fix the problems. The leasing office they’ll go above and beyond to make sure everybody is straight and okay. Coming here you won’t be disappointment.
