So far so good everybody's been very responsive to any type of need most of the residents say the same thing. Most people seem genuinely happy to be here and people are grateful to have a nice place to live

Great living here! I've been here since 2018! Although rent has been going up on every contract renewal, we really like it here, the schools around here are safe and very educational

We never got our maintenance done
So many maintenance issues and couldn’t get them done ,no pools no gym no party room, they are not offered any service just try to get more rent.

I've lived here as a single dad for more than 13 years.
I've seen management come and go.
I've seen the apartments and community change for the better.
It's a safe place to live.
It's a kind community.
It backs up to the W&OD trail.
Quiet apartment community.
