what a wonderful place to live! Staff is outstanding, caring and always willing to help! the grounds and public places are kept immaculate and maintaine. Requests for maintenance issues are addressed in a very timely manner and completed thoroughly. couldn’t ask for a nicer place to live!

3500 West View is a wonderful apartment complex to live at. It's beautiful, very clean and the staff are very accesible. They are very polite, friendly and take good care of the building, especially any situation that may arise with a new construction building f. The residents are friendly, neighborly and a joy to interacte with in the functions that are thrown by the staff every month. We would highly reccommend!

We moved to 3500 West View from Germantown MD. We are so very happy and excited about our new home and community. The Management and Staff are exceptional; quality of building and amenities are top notch; location is perfect and easy to access. We can’t think of anything else to make it more desirable. Come join us !!!!

I was coming from a challenging previous apartment situation and 3500 Westview couldn’t have made it easier to move, the space is excellent, but mostly I’m impressed with the leasing staff and maintenance team being responsive, friendly, and helpful.
