Who’s giving this dumpster fire a 5?

Foundation is cracking, structural problems with apartments since they were built in the 1970’s. Dated appliances and cabinets. The rental manager is horrible. Glad I left.

Not Bad

The property is not bad, with that said it could also use some past due renovations as the carpet; appliances; and feel is very early 2000s; you can find a more up to date modern places elsewhere around the same price or less. A plus is the lakes, and parking is good. They will also raise your rent after the first year. Also they have ONE trash compactor near the office so you have to put it in your car or carry it if your unit is far. Also the amount of speedbumps is ridiculous. And before you... move in check the apartment carefully these are old so its a lot of permanent damage they WILL try and charge for, good luck.

Do not live here

First and foremost my apartment was infested with insects. The worst was bees/wasps that kept entering through the fireplace. I told the property management multiple times and all they did was give me some wasp spray and say “they couldn’t see any hive”. Also these beetles were all over the place. Secondly, the walls are in terrible condition and the carpet was horrific when I moved in. My family and I actually improved the carpet after I moved in. Just don’t live here.

Find better

Terrible communication and such a headache when it came time for me to move in they overturned the decision. Also, no one followed up with a reasonable explanation i was given 2 different answers. The apartment is about outdated as well the previous renter was right about it being 1980’s appliances

So sorry ??

This complex is nice and has the potential to be more with additional care from property management team. Things are properly maintained, maintenance do not care and you would like with the bill of property they would care a lot more. Hate to say this but someone with a bit more care of property and tenets living here needs to be in charge. Seems doing just enough is not enough at all.
