While the units are decent, management is impossible to get a hold of. The only time you'll hear from them is if you owe them money or they want to come in your unit. Otherwise the office assistant will just keep transferring you to the manager (who at this point I'm convinced is not a person, just an outgoing voicemail box). In my first 2 weeks living here, I had 2 packages stolen from the "mailroom" and have since not had anything delivered to me here. No one cleans up after their animals,... and the cleaning crew comes MAYBE once a month, so the entryway constantly smells of different animal accidents and the parking lot is littered with trash and waste. If this is what utilities included looks like I'd happily pay them for some actual management. Do yourself a favor and save a year of your life.
