There is trash on the stairs leading up to the apartment no one cleans up and the whole place smells like marijuana all the time

The employees at the Timbers have always been kind, courteous, professional, and always tending promptly to the needs of the residents. They deliver response within a reasonable amount of time, and most times, pretty quickly. I want to thank the Timbers for all they do. The Timbers is a quaint little elevated community in Bon Air. The staff is extremely polite and responsive to any questions or concerns. It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. We tend to look out for each other, even if we've never spoken to each other before, other than occasional head nod as you walk passed them during the day. Couldn't be more happy with an apartment complex.

The Timbers is a nice chill place to live. I’ve been here about a month and my apartment is quiet and I don’t hear my neighbors. The staff is very nice and get my requests resolved very quickly.
