Disappointing. Apartments are very small. Electricity is very outdated. I had to purchase 3 prong adapters just to use my electronic devices. As a result, the power is weak.
Also, cockroaches! I’ve had to have them come with pest control several times and I still have roaches! They are not from me - I’ve been here a month and the only thing that I have seen them do is they put down some of those sticky traps - I currently have 3 dead roaches in one of the traps. I came home today, found 3... live roaches in one of my bowls and another 2 in my refrigerator.

I’m counting down the time until my lease is up. I’m very disappointed

I'm a huge fan of this property. I lived here for just under 2 years, and my situation changed and necessitated a move--otherwise, I would have stayed longer. I've lived in a LOT of apartments both Museum District and West End, and the value of these cozy townhouses was on point. You get the easy access to The Village/LibbieGrove/Willow Lawn/Reynolds Crossing, you're still close to the city, etc... but paying a lot less than you would closer into the city while still getting all the amenities... (in-unit laundry, dishwasher, pool, easy parking). The units are cozy (625 sq ft) but well laid out, and while older, mine at least had been updated in recent years with newer kitchen cabinets and laminate (this varies by unit, I believe). They also replaced the bathroom vanity as a lease renewal gift. The storage is great--decent closets in both bedrooms, hall linen closet, and closet under the stairs (could fit my bike!). Regarding neighbor noise, while I've heard noise is an issue for some, I honestly had minimal sound from either side... and both my neighbors were apparently active musicians. In my location, street parking was plentiful and I lived across from the park which was pleasant. Beyond the actual unit, I'm a raving fan of the property management. The 3 ladies in the leasing office are fantastic--unlike most properties, their friendliness and helpfulness doesn't end when you sign a lease! I always found them to be extremely nice and courteous. On-site maintenance is also efficient--any issue I had was dealt with day-of. At least for me, everything about this rental experience was great. The location, unit, staff, and price was a fantastic package.
