Mice Infestation and bug problem....
Mice and bug problems. Unprofessional and RUDE maintenance. I have been living here for only THREE months. There have been MICE and ROACHES all over the place. It seems like before my move in date maintenance or whomever, covered the repairs with paint and rusty screws where eventually the unit started to look antiquated and disgusting. As soon as something break within the apartment, the maintenance will lie and says that they have fixed the problem where in reality - not fixed. Funny... part about it, the work request is documented in the portal. Maintenance do not leave a note that they were in you unit or what was fixed. They have no shoe covers and don't mind walking on your carpet with mud on their shoe. As a result I had to get the Property Manager involved for several repairs on multiple occasions. My bathtub looks like it has not been cleaned since the last tenant lived here. No many how many times I've clean and sanitized. There is an old bath mat that is peeling. I got a letter from the office in writing that indicates on Jan , 2021 a contractor will be sent to unit to repair. On the flip side, I got no notice that they cancelled the contract service because of COVID-19???? Why send me a letter then? Not to mention, its funny how Wood Briar apartment charge for a pet fee but mice lives for free. It is trash all over the ground around the dumpster, they charge a trash penalty, though you didn't put your trash on the ground but your name is on it (i.e. mail that someone can easily throw away, the way their mailbox looks. LOL... do not move here unless you want live in filth with mice and roaches and incompetent maintenance. I can not wait for my lease to end. I never live in such filth and tolerate such disrespect from staff.
