-Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $850.00 per month for an individual with the the deposit of $400 and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $775.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 6 month minimum stay: $700.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 12 month minimum stay: $675.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
