Rent has been consistently increased every year you renew, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet, which I love. They’re on top of snow removal in the winter. However, every month before the 1st of the next month you get an automated email stating you’ll be evicted if you don’t “emit payment of balance due” for your next months rent even though it isn’t the due date and you will get this email even if you pay rent on time in... full each month. Not to mention if you have ever read your lease it says you do not have to Re-certify until you renew your lease but the leasing office will send you “ automated letters” to vacate the premises 60 days prior to your lease needing to be renewed because you haven’t Re-certified 5 months before you actually have to which can be extremely annoying, and irritating. Quiet community, maintenance has been on top of things. Also love that the office is early with renewal processes, my last property took forever, often till last minute.

Its pretty good! I Put in maintenance requests a couple of times and they got checked off as completed but what I put in for was never done (ie. the hurricane helene damage with the fallen branches). I will tell you that Keith (a maintenance worker) does an awesome job here and trying to keep the place looking welcoming and clean! He is my favorite person on staff! All in all, this place is a pretty cool spot to live in!

I think it is a good place because it is very quiet, away from the noises, away from trouble. I really like why you can live in peace here and I have many things very close by like shops, pharmacies and schools.
