poor management

Very unprofessional management. They scheduled me a viewing and messaged me multiple times then when i arrived i was locked out the office and my phone calls were ignored. Wouldn’t recommend

Poor Maintenance

Absolutely poor maintenance, getting anything fixed , and fixed right is almost impossible. They have TRIED to remodel, but work is very poor. The work they do falls apart or breaks after something is installed. Electrician came and looked at a new ceiling fan they put up , that was dragging and a smoke detector that was installed and said they would be here next week to fix and that’s been almost 3 months ago . Still not fixed, The owners are paying 2 to 3 times to have things redone that... should have been done right in the first place. They can’t go forward for moving back . Not to mention people with mold problems and units withs constant bed bug problems. It’s a great location for the price of rent but they need good maintenance. I would give it a zero stars if possible. If you want to live and not worry about maintenance issues. Poor maintained play ground, if looking for a place with dishwasher , washer/dryer and a bath tub for your children. I wouldn’t recommend looking here. They took out the tub when remodeling to put in only showers, Had to get an attorney in order to get furnace fixed properly . Absolutely poor maintenance.

Priceless View

My apartment in on the 3rd floor over looking an awesome small town ball field from the living room then rolling hills that turn into beautiful mountains! Honestly I have to look out my window every morning when I get up and last thing I do before bed. It has wonderful floors and the flow of the apartment is great. Close to downtown and the greenway makes me a happy lady!
