Love this place-

I absolutely love my apartment and I am very happy to be renewing my lease. The location is excellent, and I really appreciate how quiet and peaceful the area is. It has been a comfortable place to call home, and I’ve consistently enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the community.

As a single resident, feeling comfortable and secure where I live is very important to me. I’ve always felt safe here, including when walking around the apartment complex alone in the evenings, which gives me a great… sense of peace of mind.

One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive and professional the management and maintenance teams are. Felicia and Jimmy have gone above and beyond for me. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed something addressed, the staff has been helpful and attentive. Their responsiveness and willingness to help have really contributed to my positive experience living here.

The gym is also a standout feature. It is very nice, clean, and with a great variety of equipment it has something for everyone. One of the coolest features is the rock-climbing treadmill, which is something I haven’t seen in many apartment communities and really sets this one apart.

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The combination of a great location, quiet surroundings, comfortable living environment, great amenities, and a friendly and responsive management team has made me very happy with my decision to stay.

I’ve seen reviews mention overflowing trash containers, but in my experience, much of this appears to be caused by residents leaving oversized items such as sofas and broken furniture that aren’t appropriate for regular trash disposal. The maintenance team has always been responsive in my experience, and I believe residents also have a responsibility to dispose of large items properly.

I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with a friendly and responsive management team. I’m looking forward to another great year here!

Pot holes

It’s been almost a year and a half and none of these easy to fix potholes have been addressed! With all the pay to park without a assigned parking spot money I am sure we can get one pot hole on the streets fixed

Love my Apartment!

Felicia was so helpful with application process. I love this community. The amenities are beautiful! Jimmy took care of my Ac when ur wasn’t working quite right. He came right over and got it up and running so quick and cleaned up after himself. I’m so grateful.
If you are looking for a nice place where the staff really cares! Come be my neighbor!

Amazing staff and great location

The team at Chase Arbor truly works hard to keep this community looking beautiful and running smoothly. The property is always well maintained, the grounds are clean, and the staff is professional, friendly, and responsive.
