Do not rent

My car was towed four days after me moving in. My husband (he moved in before me) submitted a maintenance request about roaches. They sprayed but it has not help. They are massive and everywhere. There is mold, the bottom of our oven was not cleaned before moving in, we had issues with our dryer twice within the first week. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. There’s also random fees every month that we’re not mentioned when signing the lease. Save your money and live somewhere else.

It's completely understandable that you're upset, especially with the issues you've encountered right from the start,… including your car being towed and the persistent problem with roaches. Maintenance

"I would like to give special recognition to Slim the maintenance guy. He always have a positive attitude when entering my apartment. No matter what request I have, he addresses the problem. I may not like the rent prices here but the maintenance team is phenomenal."

Very nice staff friendly and kind my apartment is cozy and quiet. Neighbors are very friendly. No home is perfect but I have a roof over my head thanks to all the ladies in the office! These are really nice apartments I’m excited to be here!

My family and I have been living here since 2024. Not a bad place. Quiet area and everything is nearby. The only issue we have, there is usually more than one maintenance issue in the apartments. Minor things, but there’s always something I have to submit for maintenance every month or two.
