Lots to like about this location and compound. Walking distance to a grocery store, right next to a trail that runs into First Landing State Park, and a five-minute walk from the beach. The gym could be better-maintained, but otherwise it is hard to find complaints.

I just signed my lease for the 8TH YEAR!! I love it here. The office staff is so wonderful.. Jessica, Sarah, Patience and many more! The maintenance team are the jam! So knowledgeable and nice…Bill, Dee, Mark and everyone! It’s a little pricey but that’s the way it goes these days I guess. The staff makes it worth it. Elaine
