I've lived in this apartment complex for 10 years and it continues to be at the top of my list of favorite complexes. The new management staff is friendly and accommodating as well as professional with work requests or resolving issues. Maintenance is great, getting to most jobs within the week they are requested.

There's a massive cockroach problem in spring summer and fall. There's dog poop everywhere and the dog parks have fleas and dog poop. The location is the only good part about the apartments.

Living at renew is great! The maintenance team works quickly. Parking is easy. The location is ideal and super close to great restaurants and the beach. The apartments are newly renovated and great!

Apartment new renovation is nice and the community is very warm and welcoming. The only problem I have is that the bathrooms are small and I don’t really like the structure, bath creaks a lot and I hear too much noise and stomping above me.
