From the time we first inquired about a three bedroom the beginning of January until we moved in the beginning of February, the online experience was the easiest and most positive I have had. And every time I had to talk on the phone with someone or via email it was always a very positive experience with all my questions answered. Since we have moved in here everyone has been very accommodating and with a few maintenance things that we had Josh in maintenance has been more than helpful. My... mother needs the elevator and it was out of service today, and Josh took the time to gently and lovingly and safely escort my mother safely up the stairs into the apartment door! Her being cared for means the world to me this is the area I grew up in and it sure is nice to be back home! Lee mas

Roach issue should be addressed proactively and from a more systemic approach as spot-treating does not appear to be effective … also the gym was down for like 2 months, that is the main reason / amenity I was attracted to this complex … I would also like to see more community events

Great apartments. Very friendly staff and helpful maintenance staff. Everyone was kind and the apartments are in a great location. The inside apartment spaces are unique and homey.

Wonderful place to live. Friendly and engaged on-premise management. Easy and accommodating move in. Non-emergency repair request response as quickly as same day. Lots of wonderful community activities including a pizza social and virtual cooking class.

I am very new to the community. The office staff was amazing during the tour/application process and since living here- the community is quiet and clean, neighbors are friendly, maintenance was fast and I am loving my new home ??
