Tivoli Apartments

Avoid Tivoli Apartments at all costs! This place is in terrible condition and nowhere near worth the rent they charge. Cockroaches, pests, and unsanitary conditions are everywhere. Just take the stairs of any building, and you’ll see the filth, mold, and trash that never gets picked up. The smell of urine lingers, and management does nothing about it. Calling the office is useless because no one answers, and when you go in person, the staff is rude and unprofessional. The number of vacant units… should tell you everything—people are leaving, and they have to put desperate signs up just to fill apartments. If the city did an inspection, this place wouldn’t pass. This is the ghetto and is not even worth $600, yet they charge over $1200 for a single bedroom apartment. I am gonna make sure I post this on all apartment platforms because obviously the positive reviews are all fake. Filter the reviews by the negative ones and you will see that all the tenants are leaving the same reviews about the nastiness of the place. I've had issues with the front office staff repeatedly...but the pride and take care of attitude from the maintenance staff is beyond reproach..... anytime I have ever had an issue it was like asking a good friend for help; And let's face it beyond the initial first few days , they are the ones you deal with. It's nice to see people take pride in what they do and they do exactly that

The maintenance team here is 2nd to none, not because they can fix everything, but they know when they need outside help. They are willing to help and you always feel important when you talk to them about any problems you have.

Shout out to Dwayne and Carlton, the maintenance crew for being the best ever! They fix anything you need on the spot. Hardly any wait time, you are their top priority! Safe, quiet community. Friendly neighbors and lots of kiddos having fun around.
