I really enjoy living at Newtown. This is the first complex I’ve lived in where residents go out of their way to be neighborly. The maintenance and office staff are extremely helpful and eager to help where they can.

Great location, fantastic access to shops and trails. Super nice staff.
A real downside is the amount of speeding both on the property and in the neighborhood. As someone who wants to feel safe walking places and has had my parked car totaled by a speeding driver in the community, this is a genuine concern.

Overall, this is a great apartment—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downsides are the limited visitor parking and occasional noise from neighbors due to the thin walls. It really depends on who lives next door: if they’re quiet, you’re good; otherwise, you can definitely hear them.

I love it here. Super quiet and calm. Love the scenery. No problem parking in front of our door. Everything is 5 minutes away. The office responds quick with any issues and are very helpful.
