The maintenance guys are great! They address concerns in a timely fashion. The grounds are kept clean (for the most part). It is hard to get in touch with the leasing office, they seem to be unavailable most of the time when calling

My stay at the Banyan Grove apartment complex has been satisfying. Some of my few concerns are having 1 community dumpster, not having phone calls answered, not receiving call backs, and still having things promised prior to leasing not completed. I do enjoy the quietness of the community.

So far living at Banyan Grove has been nice. The Staff are super friendly and very helpful! Recently they have made changes that expedite work requests and have been on top of fixing things, same day fixes when a request was made! They are also working to keep the grounds clean and the complex looking nice, making it a nice place to live. The neighbors are also pretty nice and it is a safe place to live, however there are a lot of people who smoke weed and sometimes you can smell it from other... apartments. Other than that, living here has been nice and you can tell the staff and management are working hard to make improvements!
