- I take first, last and security (each one month's rent). ALL FUNDS ARE DUE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. Month to month leases only.

6. If you are working with an outside organization (like BROC, PAVE, UCS), please let me know if you have contacted them to check if they will provide move in funds BEFORE you move in. I do not take funds AFTER you move in.
