New management company is terrible at communication if they communicated all
Since the new management co took over 7+11-24. The only communication you get as a tenant, is when they want money, getting them to cooperate with housing assistance it's almost impossible and when they do it's usually late and everything has to be done all over again. They sent my new lease to VHA, BUT NOT TO ME, I finally called VHA to inform them I hadn't heard a word from management about the lease I had already signed that had to be done again, because they didn't send the paperwork to VHA... intime . VHA said they got a copy of the new lease that they would send me a copy, the least that had to be redone was to start October 1st and was month to month the new lease which is for December 1st was now a nine month lease and they know I've been trying to move out of here. And they may have painted and repaired the stairs that's about it otherwise this place looks like crap everyday papers and garbage all over the place. tenants with more than one vehicle and or large work vehicle fill up all the guest and handicap (without a handicap permit) parking so if you have a visitor there's no place for them to park . And they charge for anything and everything.
