Worst apartment ever.
This place is noisy, VERY THIN WALLS! Every time a person walks up the stairs it shakes the apartment. The trash dumpster is so gross.... it it too high and drips garbage water on you, every time. The parking spots are super tiny?!? Never street parking open. There is no A/C. Sooo poop in the sidewalks ...? It just has to wait for rain to wash it away... I had extreme case of black ants & I keep my place completely clean of food. They were even in my bed, after returning home from a work... trip. The ants crawl in through every crack and opening ....oh, and the cheap closet, track doors, CONSTANTLY fall off the track. My “doors” are now laying down in my room ...? Th is place is a literal hell.

Cheaply built, but expensive.
I don't even know where to begin. These apartments seem nice from the outside. They have a nice open layout, but that is where it ends. They are built very cheap, floors creak everywhere. The door is the only sound proof thing in the whole place, because you can't hear someone knock. You can, however, hear your neighbors, through the walls, as if they are in the same room.
They don't enforce the smoking policy, people smoke on the patio and in the entry ways, have to keep my windows closed... because of this.
Parking is a joke, and the streets in BG village are very narrow and corners are tight. Parking is mostly street parking and people have to resort to park on the sides where there are no spots because there is just not enough spots. I think some people even park in the library's parking lot.
They started making us pay for garbage. And it is still always full and the area is just a mess. People here don't know how to make it into the garbage can. I also think people drive in and dump. Also, I don’t know how much is cost elsewhere, but water/sewer charge is high, compared to our last place.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, there are nicer places in Battle Ground.
