Just OK

As other reviews state, management is poor and does bare minimum. Floors and walls are extremely thin!! If you don’t like hearing neighbors look elsewhere. Overall meh

Apartment looks decent, management company sucks

Our property manager is hard to get ahold of, our garbage still overflows and there is no compost/yard waste bin. The building itself is decent except the interior was rushed in a lot of spots (broken drawers, crooked doors, funky light switch) and the freeway noise is loud for sure. The worst part is definitely the lack of parking, there’s like 120 people living here and only 50 parking spots. It’s a real walkable place but I still have a job all the way across town and so do both my roommates.... I’m worried about what’s gonna happen in the winter when it’s super slick because all of us without parking spots have been parking kinda in the ditch at the side of the roads.
