About Rockefeller Square 2 Apartments

We currently have one studio unit for $1395.00 a month and several 1-bedroom apartments available at 2611 Rockefeller Ave Everett WA 98201. Prices range from $1525 to $1605 a month. There is an ADA lift... from the garage to the 1st floor of the apartments. Tenants do pay all their own utilities and each unit is individually metered for water/sewer & electricity. Tenants are required to provide proof of renters insurance. We are allowing a small pet 20 pounds or less with a fee. There is a 12-month rental agreement.
We do require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there. Our minimum income requirement is 3x's the rent, this is gross income and can be combined income between 2 adults.
1st month rent, $225 document fee and security deposit are due at the time of move in, deposit is equal to the rent. Also, if you choose to have a parking space in the garage, the $95.00 will also be due at move in. We prorate the 2nd month’s rent if you should take possession after the 1st of the month.
GENERAL CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE AS TENANT(S):
1. Rental History: Your current and/or prior landlords will be contacted to check your payment history, balance owing, care of property and any contract violations.
2. Income: It is required that prospective tenants earn at least 3 times the amount of monthly rent. (For applicants through Section 8 and similar housing they must earn 2 times the rent). This can be combined income between 2 adults and is income before any deductions. We will require your most current pay stub and/or other written verification of income with your application.
3. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions.
4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt.
If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of 4 times the amount of rent plus own a home in the Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN RENT TO YOU UNTIL YOUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED AND COMPLETED BY THE SCREENING COMPANY.
*If an additional deposit amount is required for approval, the initial deposit is due at move in, 3 consecutive months of payments can be made on the balance.

Overall Great
Moving across country it was great finding a place that was so close to everything and brand new. Apartments are nice sized and clean and have hard floors throughout almost all of it. Balconies are nice sized also. Management is very nice and responsive, maintenance is also. I think the only thing I’ve found is that the homeless camp around every so often, and I had a package stolen from the mail room so I’m hesitant to have anymore delivered. Overall a really great place.
