Homestead is nestled adjacent to Laurelwood Park and is conveniently located a short walk from a variety of grocery stores.... We have 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring a private patio or balcony, spacious and open floor plans, and washer and dryer. Our community features a property manager on site with 24-hour maintenance, assigned parking, covered parking, storage, playground, dog park, seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.

How Is This Rating Determined?

Management is horrible

This complex was recently sold in July to a horrible management company.
No packages are allowed to be delivered to the office.
The office is closed on weekends.
Theres no drop off box for rent.
Parking under cover is $40/mo with very limited free spaces, people park ON THE STREET.
Trash service has been cancelled.
Management is constantly threatening or changing something.
Maintenance issues take months to get fixed. Many buildings have burnt out lights on staircases.

Manager is a jerk :(

The manager Michael is just a plain jerk. He doesn't do anything about any of my requests or complaints, and threatens to call the cops if you tell him he's not doing anything. This place is run down and over priced for how OLD it is. It's also very very loud being directly under a flight path and on military Rd.
