Laundry facilities include washer & dryer. The upper level features carpeted flooring, with two secondary bedrooms and a full bath.
Outside is the 3-bay garage, with an attached bath and an unfinished attic space that is perfect for a man-cave, art studio, large office, or just extra storage. Storage building beside garage not included with rental. Chicken run with coop and garden area may be used if desired.
