Enjoyed living here!
I worked from home the entire time I lived here and had no issues. One of the very best perks about renting the lower ground level apartment is that you can control the temperature much easier. The apartment stayed cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter. The most I ever paid for electricity was $151. Typically the electric bill was less than $100 each month. Location is great for easy commute to either UW Bothell or UW Seattle, but also community colleges ate a fairly easy commute. If... you are able bodied, or use a scooter, you can walk-roll to anything you could possibly need: groceries, pharmacy, Post Office, Urgent Care, Courthouse, Firestation, Bowling Alley, cafés, parks, and seasonal Farmers Market. My only reason for moving is due to not being able to manage stairs and bathtub due to worsening disabilities. It was a very quiet and comfortable apartment. I highly recommend checking it out.
