How Is This Rating Determined?

good management horrible tenants

Management and maintenance is on point can’t ask for anything better. Tenants on the other hand… we get knocks from the downstairs neighbor just for walking in the apartment as if we live in a ratchet apartment. Person won’t make contact, now that the issue has been reported to the office and they have asked them not to do it, they keep playing loud music that interrupts with online meetings and day to day activities, I wasn’t expecting this in kenmore area. Wouldn’t consider the apartment... complex if you are wanting to live in your apartment without harassment.
