Benson Village is conveniently located near the ShoWare Center, Kent Station Movie Theater, Dave and Buster’s, iFly Indoor... Skydiving and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have 1 & 2-bedroom apartments and 3 & 4-bedroom townhomes. Our newly renovated apartment homes are a great value, featuring spacious floor plans with energy efficient appliances and lighting, plank flooring, linen closet and additional storage space off the patio or balcony. Select units are fully renovated and include stainless steel appliances. We have a community clubhouse with featured monthly events, basketball, racquetball and tennis courts, fitness center and tanning bed.

Amazing staff

I lived in this community for seven years. I recommend Benson Village because of the outstanding quality of their employees. They are pleasant to deal with. They are kind and compassionate. Furthermore, they considered me like family while going through difficult times. They assisted me when I was immobile. The maintenance crew provided reasonable accommodation needs within minutes of receiving my request. They went far and beyond of what I expected or required by the ADA. They are the corner... stone of this property.
