Not safe

Stayed here for almost 2 years. Management is ok, hard to reach 40% of the time. Neighbors are awful, strangers keep knocking on my door for no reason, even at night time. No street lights at night. Do not stay here if you live alone

Awful Neighbors

I moved here a little over two weeks ago after seeing all the glowing reviews about how peaceful and quiet the complex is but honestly, living here has been a nightmare so far.

Some of the issues I've brought up to the leasing office have been addressed, which is appreciated, but the amount of noise during the day is still enough that I can't focus on anything or relax at all. At night it's enough to keep me awake or wake me up, so I haven't slept well since moving in. The unit above me hasn't… been properly maintained either, so I can hear every step the residents take when they pace back and forth for hours on end due to the floorboards creaking and cracking. They walk with their heels too, so when they do pace it's accompanied by stomping that rattles my apartment.

If I had known the situation I was getting myself into I never would have moved here, but now I'm stuck in a one year lease that I can't afford to break.

if I could pick 0 stars I would

My packages constantly got lost or “stolen” even when it was delivered to their front office, or send back. Upstairs neighbors were screaming all the time and nothing was done about it. Also, management is TOWING CARS FOR EXPIRED TABS!!! Also towed if the car is currently immobile even though we pay for a parking spot. Constant leaks, I could go on and on. Do not rent here

Parking / Management

Poor management
And parking is the worst I have seen in every other apartments.
Cars get towed all the time by them for no reasons when they are not even making parking lots.
Worse management ever.

Crazy neighbors

Had noisy upstairs neighbors. Management, the apartment security nor the police intervened with this problem. My SOs car got broken into the first week of our lease. They lost our application information and were not ready for us to move in the day that was our move in day. Only plus is that it is close to the transit center.
