Aspect at Totem Lake Apartments

It's been great. My questions have been answered in a timely manner. The residents have all been very friendly. I'm looking forward to my time here.

Location is hard to beat. Parking garage signage is abysmal. Otherwise, great building amenities.

Generally well maintained.

It’s apartment living which has its own set of pros/cons but that should be obvious.

Love it here. Love all the amenities in the apartments and all the mention the area. The rent price feels fair for everything end up paying for here.

Had some issues in the beginning during our move-in day with our carpet and some other things around the unit but those issues had been resolved respectfully in a timely manner.

I moved here at the request of my son. I recently returned to Washington full-time, and he mentioned that many of his friends hang out in the Village. He's in 9th grade, so being close to movies, ice cream shops, and other activities was important to him and that played a big part in my decision.
While I initially moved here for him, I’ve really come to enjoy living here myself. The staff is fantastic, and the amenities are outstanding. My only complaint is that the floors and walls are a bit... thin, conversations can sometimes be heard through the walls and vents. That said, I assume this is fairly standard in apartment living. I believe I will renew and renew for a large apartment when my lease is up. Read More
