Windsor Totem Lake Apartments

This is my favorite place I have ever lived in my life, more than my childhood home or my condo that I owned myself!! I can’t speak to other floorplans, but the studio that I live in and the one bedroom that I toured have genius floorplans! Whoever thought to double a hallway as a spacious kitchen deserves a Nobel prize for architecture lol! What a brilliant double use of space to add extra space to the living area!!! My kitchen in my studio apartment is bigger than in my previous two bedroom... apartment as a result!! I would live here at Windsor forever if I weren’t pre-planned to move in with my boyfriend after this lease, who owns his childhood home… pretty sad thinking about leaving eventually, though, because I love this community and my apartment so incredibly much! The maintenance technician came and told us that the filters we need for the exhaust fan are not on the stock and he'll take care of that latter. we still did not get them.

Overall good apartment in a nice neighborhood. The building quality is poor, which makes the rent prices seem overpriced for what you get.
