Excellent Office and Maintenance Staff
Been living here almost a year. Apartment needed a few things in the time I’ve been here and the staff is great, office and maintenance staff. Jon, the maintenance technician is awesome. He’s always quick, creative and excellent at handling tenants with mental health challenges. The complex is older but the staff goes above and beyond to keep everything working!

I have never been more satisfied with an apartment complex then I have been here!
The maintenance crew here is first rate I never need to wait more than 24 hours for a request and they are very helpful as well as curtious!
We have special events and a true sense of community!!!

Great staff, great place!
I have lived here for a couple of months now, and I have to say the staff (maintenance and office staff) whom I've interacted with have been friendly and professional. It's a great place, quiet and the staff are quick to respond to any issues/questions you may have. If you are accountable and responsible, living here is easy and great!

Increases in rent every six months
Lives here almost five years, but in the last 12 months rent increased 2x totaling 500. These apartments are in a great location, and that is the only appealing thing about them.
Poorly maintained, aged and outdated floor plans, NO space at all. Just old old units, nothing special or even good, BUT they were affordable until this year.
New manager will likely be the newest EX-manager, judging by how many residents moved after the last rent increase.

For 2 years there were no increases. Rent was increased after covid restrictions were lifted- however rents do not increase when a lease is in place. Rents did not increase during the covid period- however expenses did. Lacey Park is not part of a... big chain of communities. We are a mom-and-pop community with a more personal approach. Unfortunately for us employees often want to grow their career after we introduce them to the industry. We do not have senior/ regional type positions to offer. Yes, they ten do move away as they grow their career. WE wish them well and bring in the next best team members!
Our apartments are awesome with full size washer and dryers, new lighting, paid w/s/g and Cable TV and now fully staffed with 5 maintenance team members! Very well maintained!
