Gross!
The management is terrible! The manager Tammy has terrible customer service skills and is hard to wirk with/rent from because of her rudeness.
Mgmt. goes out of their way to ensure that bbq grills be stored inside the unit rather than the patio which is odd and is only applied to certain residents.
Tammy’s staff is either unorganized or she makes rules up as she goes along.
Bikes also cannot be stored on the patio.
The houses have chipping paint and broken window shutters yet they claim... to care about the appearance of the property.
I’ve had to bomb for fleas twice since moving in (we have no pets).
I’ve seen rodents (rats) on the property several times so you cannot feel comfortable leaving doors or windows open. Rats have even been on my patio furniture.
The bathrooms are disgusting and need to be completely remodeled.
It seems that instead of cleaning the tubs throughout the years they’ve decided to spray paint over them which adds to the filth, plus the water is brown when filling the tub.

Pacific Mice
This place should be called Pacific Mice. My neighbors and I had mice in our building and the manager was lax when it came to treating the problem. They didnt change the carpet from the peevious tenant so my carpet had and smelled like dog hair. They end up letting me out of my lease because I was going to take them to court about the mice. They are terrible at fixing things. You have to put it in writing or they wont come. Also my car was broken into. Worst place in Lakewood.
