You do not get what you pay for.

First of all, the apartments are extremely overpriced. The quality of the living space does not warreny the expense. Secondly, they have a door trash service. Which sounds nice in theory, until you have a fly problem because they dont keep the steps clean. You also can only put out trash a few days a week, so sorry if you have stuff bags piling up, you'll just have to live with it. Lastly, they refuse to take any trash "over 25lbs." So you end up paying double or triple on garbage bags, adding... further to the worlds waste issues. Definitely do not reccomend living here.

Don’t do it

At first this place seems like a steal. Cheap enough rent in a decent complex in a town not too far from much of anything. But the reality sets in quickly as you come in to deal with the front of house staff and their unusually rude and condscending demeanor. Once dealing with that, which won’t be the last of their unprofessionalism, you proceed to TRY and find parking in a lot riddled with potholes and construction workers galore. Once you make it inside at first glance you’ll notice a spacious... , decently maintained unit with all the bare necessities. After a couple weeks you’ll notice the windows have hardly any caulking or insulation allowing freezing air and moisture to leak inside and form mold rings onyour window sills. The dishwashers heating coil you’ll find out has been exposed this entire time causing a huge safety hazard and answering the question as to why no dishes got cleaned. You’ll figure out the washer and dryer both are older than the complex itself and can’t handle anything more than 2/3 a regular load size. But God forbid you go to the front office asking for these problems to be handled because they’ll take it as a direct insult to their character and deny your claims and tell you there’s nothing they can do or I must be simply ill-informed. Once you finally convince them there’s a real problem worth dealing with they’ll send the guy who sits in a golf cart all day in the parking lot doing...what exactly? It’s not like he monitors which cars are in what spots seeing as there have been cars in spots for months obviously abandoned with nothing getting done. But yeah he’ll come on over with his buddy and rip out your dishwasher and basically just give it a toss down the stairs. Look long story short come move to Morning Run Apartments in Monroe if you want a construction generator and jackhammer to wake you up everyday at 8am and if you want to deal with the worst parking crap of your life or a lady destined to make you feel stupid and seemingly an only-nice-to-trick-you-into-moving-in kind of lady. Listen, it sucks man, I’m running away as fast as possible also Monroe sucks I lied it’s close to nothing, run.

Morning run

Can't wait to move! There is never enough parking and the office staff is rude. In addition, they're always posting threats on the doors to "take away privileges," such as the pool and play ground. The apartments are cheaply maid for the price. With that beings said, the maintenance staff is always timely and kind.
