Management Practices are bad!!!!
This property is nice, the buildings are well kept and clean. But the management practices are to be determined. First was a clogged drain, they said the plug was more than 15 feet in the line so they had to call an outside person to fix the issue. They charged over $400 dollars. The company was brought in from Tacoma. the majority of the bill was travel. Could they not have a local company do this? I work in maintenance and put a drain scope in the line and found that 12 feet in it tied... into another line from a different apartment from upstairs. So the possibility of the grease in the line could have been coming from upstairs. Second the moveout was easy. They came for a first inspection of the apartment did not find anything. Then we cleaned we patched the five holes that we made by hanging up items. Washed down the walls, cleaned the stove and refrigerator ran a cleaning load in the dishwasher. Ran a lemon in the garbage disposal to clean out any left residue. Ran a empty load in the washing machine, then wiped it out. We cleaned everything. Then came the second inspection, the only thing brought up was the fact they had to paint over the patched holes. These holes were from a self and a TV. Screw holes. We said ok. Then we get our deposit back -$60. for blind cleaning. That is 3 blinds in a studio. -$120 for painting. "5 patched holes" and - $220 for out side cleaning service at $30 per hour. ????? This was a Studio Apartment. They want your deposit.
