The owner loves the way chipmunks skitter around, crows alight for an evening visit, and deer wander through as if they own the place. There's a lovely creek and even a bridge, a firepit and a large patio to enjoy the outdoors.
Up to two pets OK. Additional rent and deposit. Must be adult, fixed, vaccinated.
All appliances included. Washer and dryer to be maintained by the tenant. This home has a well and septic system at no charge. Tenant to pay for electric, propane and Starlink Internet (reimbursement to owner, currently $125).
