Filthy, deteriorating, and managers deny all responsibility
I moved here early June. I determined the washer doesn't work, it only puts in a little bit of water and then shreds my clothes. The carpet is so old it is deteriorating every time I vacuum or shampoo the carpet, dog fur and black dirt into the vacuum canister. The screen door fell off on me, paint spatter and sloppy painting everywhere, no security because neither the patio door nor the bedroom window have functional locks...I could go on, but I'll just report that it's the end of July, and... management has done nothing since mid-June but deny the problems, claim I don't know what I'm talking about (I'm an architect who has owned four homes) - and they have repaired nothing. They won't repair anything until I move my furniture out of their way! Maybe they should have cleaned before I moved in. I've lived all over the west coast; this is the worst.
