Trash management
Poor management that never answers the phone, and I mean never. And takes months to get back to tenants. Disgusting people taking advantage of the fact that people have to have a roof over their heads. Would live in my car before living here again. Took them months to get back to me about the fact that they provided me the wrong key (after I had to ask for it) to the mailbox, as well as the wrong mailbox number. I ended up having to rent a PO Box. I left literally dozens of messages for them and... they just couldn’t be bothered. Faucet shot off the wall the first time I tried to shower, the dishwasher never worked properly, the stove couldn’t be used for the first week because they didn’t put the drip pans back on it after it was “cleaned”. Apartment was filthy upon move in and no inspection checklist was provided. When one was finally dropped off it wasn’t even for my apartment and didn’t have the correct name on it, which I could have worked with except they also left no instructions on how to turn it in. Staff is only if the office for 8 hours a month, they did my move out inspection 2 months prior to my move out, took them a total of 3 minutes and they still charged me for things that were there before I moved in.
