Severely lacking in many ways
I'm not sure where to begin, I lived here for two years and ownership changed half way through my time here.
They were OK until I had turned in my notice to vacate. I tried to work with the leasing office to make sure I did everything they wanted to turn the property over to them in as good of shape as it had been handed over to me. I have video from both my move in and my move out.
Long story short I reached out to the leasing office before, during, and after I vacated the apartment.... They never returned my calls or emails, I heard nothing from them until I started getting calls from a collection agency. The Community had my forwarding address as well as the post office.
I should have had a refund, instead I got a bill, and a bill that had already affected my credit for no reason.
I can't NOT recommend this community enough. STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO FACED LIARS, odds are good they will take anything they can from you and count on you not doing anything about it except wash your hands of them.
