I have only lived within this community for a few months so far, but I can honestly say I love it. The property managers are AMAZING. They are so quick and kind to answer questions and address concerns. The community and its facilities are nicely kept at all times. Overall

I have been renting at Island View for a year now and am very happy here. For the size of the complex, I can't believe how quiet it is. The apartment is very nice and must have well-insulated walls because I never hear anyone talking unless it is coming from outside. I live on the ground level and the only noise I hear from upstairs is if someone drops something and when the toddler runs back and forth (which I love to hear -- the pitter-patter of little feet). The grounds are well maintained... and management personnel are very caring and pleasant.

Island View is a very nice place to live, location a big plus, apartments include all that is needed for comfortable living and close to all places necessary that one needs i.e. medical, shopping, entertainment etc., only one thing that could be improved is appliance update!!
