The house is located just up the block from Central Cinema and has easy, walkable access to grocery stores (PCC, Safeway), bars and restaurants (Neighbor Lady, Chuck's Hop Shop, Jerk Shack, etc.), and several bus lines to downtown and UW (2, 48, 11). The walk score is 92.
We will consider a 6 to 12 month lease. Application requires credit score of 680+ and a 3:1 income ratio or documented financial means, and references. No pets are allowed as we have two small dogs that run our house and yard and can't have conflicts.
Lease can be six to 12 months. Utility fee of $150/month covers all utilities, heat, and Internet. No smoking inside unit. No pets.
