Old and run down
I've lived here for several years (the main reason being I honestly hate moving). The rent price started out a fair deal, but as the years went by, the management changed and everything went down the crapper. When I first moved in, water/sewer and parking were included, but the greedy owners who took over decided to not only start nickel and dining you for everything, but also raise rent every year. Now this might seem normal to a regularly maintained building, but believe me, it is not. I think... they vacuum the hallways once a year. If you look at the window sills by the elevators, they are covered in dust/dirt. The stairwell walls are unfinished. The trash container is outside and behind fences for some stupid reason. Makes you think twice about taking the garbage out when the sun is down.
More cons include thin walls/ceilings, neighbors who blast music late at night, and the landlord or whoever to contact for emergencies is basically non-existent. If you have a problem late at night in this building, good luck to you. You either have to deal with it yourself or wait till the following business day. You ain't getting any help otherwise.
The only reason I gave it an extra star is location. It is within walking distance to Safeco and Centurylink field.
My advice for you is: If you can find elsewhere, even if it means paying little more, do it.
