Garbage trucks all night makes it impossible to sleep

Title says it all. 1AM, 4AM, 6AM - constant stream of garbage trucks every night emptying tens of metal bins. Good luck getting any sleep living here.

Plus there is no AC so have fun with your apartment being 90+ degrees during the summer

small for the price, but loved it

This is my first year living in Seattle so I didn't really know where to look location wise, but Ive been living here for 6 months already and I love it. For my boyfriend and I, its decently priced for how small it is and now I see they've raised the price a lot from what we are paying now so I would say its too expensive for the size however I LOVE the location - the heart of SLU. The staff is very helpful - we always go to Paul when we need something and he is always a big help - The noise is... minimal here and people keep to themselves. A huge downside is we have had a view facing the city, but theres a pretty decent sized building being constructed now so we don't have a view at all anymore. The gym is tiny but it does its job - we use it probably 5 times a week. All in all I love this tiny little apartment, probably would look elsewhere when my lease is up for the price raised a bit much and the view of the city is completely gone but we really loved it, it welcomed us very well to the city.
