About Cooper Apartments

Make your mark at Cooper. We know you work hard, hustling every day, to make it in this city which is why we redesigned our property to maximize your comfort when you are finally at home. Our beer hall inspired courtyard is just one of the many... places where you can wind down after a long day. The soft glow of a warm fire, the aroma of a summer BBQ and the ambiance of twinkling lights set the stage for year-round merriment eating, drinking, and connecting with
friends and family, new and old.

Your weekends can be spent exploring the city or lounging right at home. We have you covered. Our all new fitness center features a recently expanded yoga studio. Our community clubhouse has been completely redesigned with a chefs kitchen, flex party room for a night of wine tasting or book club, and a TV lounge for Seahawks game day parties. We have an expanded dog park and apple trees if you want to give cider making a shot. In our redesigned homes we feature fresh-pressed design like new white quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, modern two-tone cabinetry, and new plumbing and light fixtures.

Hallways and stairs always smell bad and dirty! Garbage and recycle is messy and mixed.

This place is not a good place to live!

Bedbugs, needles in the hallway, homeless people knocking on your door at night asking for lighters, drug addicted people passed out on the front lawn, over flowing trash in the trash room, hallways and stairwells that smell like stale pee. These are just some of the things that I’ve experienced while living at Cooper Apartments. Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures and the pretty lights they have on the outside, this place is dirty and DEFINITELY not worth the money it costs to live there. I... can’t believe they charge what they charge to live there, clearly the people who come up with the prices have not actually visited the property. This place is a cheap band-aid on the bullet wound of the apartment it used to be (Linden Square I believe) but a coat of paint and some new mismatched cabinets isn’t going to do it. Pass this place on your list.

The location is super convenient. It's very close to the bus stop and multiple grocery stores. Also, the girls in the leasing office are always really nice and typically get back on maintenance requests very quickly. They're making a ton of improvements all the time.
