Property is great except for smoking

Monica and Ed are lovely. Great building and secure garage with full size appliances including washer/dryer. The building allows smoking on the balconies which is a major downside for me and a lot of people. My upstairs neighbor smokes A LOT and I'm really starting to notice it affecting my health even though I have only lived here for two weeks. It's hot out right now and my balcony is my only window that can be opened. My throat and chest are irritated from it.

nice place

building is really nice since its brand new. Management has been reallygood so far, very responsive. Very close to bus station and the bus goes straight to downtown seattle so commuting is easy.

Very nice

Very nice apartments. New construction with high end finishes. Price is a bit on the high side but for the excellent property management staff and the new modern apartments it makes it worth it.

Pet friendly and one of the few I found that all for gas grills on the patio.

Greenwod Place

The building is new and the apartments are nicely setup. I like the location since I am able to easily access either Highway 99 or I-5 from there.
