Affordable Living in a City That is Un-affordable

The first day I moved into my apartment, the kindly elderly resident who takes care of the flowers around the complex informed me I was using my laundry detergent incorrectly. He then told me that I should keep a bucket of laundry detergent next to my front door to wash my hands in every time I come home, and then excitedly suggested I write his life story so we could both become famous, buy matching mansions next to each other, and people would come and stare in awe at the author and subject of... the Great American Novel.

Also if something breaks in your apartment it's fixed that day, so that's pretty neat, too.

In all honesty, aside from the smallness of the units and the age of the building, you cannot find a 1-bedroom in Lower Queen Anne as affordable as Jem Wey. The staff is kind, and the people are quiet and respectable.
