I just moved in and feel right at home. The people are helpful and nice. It is a great dog friendly community too. I like how walkable it is to get groceries and pet supplies.

Move in was easy, building is clean and maintained. My unit is also very quiet. The location is near everything one needs and well situated in Seattle.

I am a new resident, and so far the experience has been great! From touring the apartment, signing the lease, and picking up my keys, it has been a pretty seamless process. The apartments are nice and spacious too!

It was a smooth process going through the paperwork and signing. They reserved an elevator and allowed us to park up front in the guest parking garage to unpack three cars. Super happy with the move in experience!

Hi! There I've been living here since July, and so! Far the Staff, and Residents seem to be very Friendly! And Respectful! Oh! And we can't forget about the Dogs here No! Problems!!...
