Montisi Apartments

I looked at several studios and micro studios before I decided on montisi and montisi is the best. It’s clean and quite. All residents I’ve met this pas year have been respectful and kind. A lot of micro studios are glorified dorm rooms but that’s not the case here. I’ve lived here for a year and am sad to leave. Only didn’t renew my lease because I got a new job too far north to make the morning commute worth it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend who worked either downtown or west Seattle.

There is so much to recommend the location. You can walk to coffee, restaurants, trader joe's QFC or Safeway. Studios are small-these are of course small-but they are sleek, well maintained and modern (just opened last year). Utilities are included in your rent-so only one bill to worry about each month. They also include wi-fi for your first lease term (takes the sting out of moving costs). Neighbors are nice, quiet great walkable neighborhood very close to the bridge if you want to be downtown... . There is lots of space in your kitchen and bath to store your stuff-great cabinet space. Closet space is okay for a studio and bathroom is pretty good sized for a studio. There are nooks that easily have space for a full or queen sized bed and space for bookcases plus table and chairs-didn't feel like stuff had to be crowded in. Windows are well placed so the room is bright. Nice lounge in lobby, with TV for while you do laundry...bike storage-secured with a pin code and INSIDE is a nice touch. Laundry is also inside downstarirs-and machines can be operated with an app or cash. Read More
